How we handle your details

This site collects personal details only when you write through the contact form. Nothing is sold or passed on to third parties.

Data controller: Aura Academy di Amira Bechini, inside Amira Beauty Suite, Via Nazionale 15, Tortoreto, Italy. VAT 02228390676, REA TE-221017. Any request about personal data can be sent to the email address at the foot of this page.
What is collected: Only what you type into the form: your name, email address, the course you are asking about and the text of your message. The site asks for nothing else and infers nothing.
Why: To answer you and send dates, duration and a quote for the course you are interested in. Your details are not used for marketing.
Legal basis: Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Who sees it: The site's hosting provider and the mail service that delivers your message to the academy's inbox, both acting as processors. Nobody else has access.
How long: Messages are kept for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted.
Cookies: The site sets one technical cookie, which remembers the language you chose. There are no analytics, profiling or advertising cookies, and no third-party tracking.
Your rights: You may ask at any time for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for processing to be restricted, for portability, and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
